Founded in 1999，Seahonor is a comprehensive professional services firm providing audit, tax, accounting, consulting, company secretarial and human resources services. Seahonor now has about 100 professionals in various fields, among whom a considerable number have obtained professional qualifications and certificates such as Certified Public Accountant, Certified Tax Agents,Bar Admission Certificate, Intermediate and Senior Accountant, and Intermediate and Senior Economist. Our clients are mainly foreign-invested enterprises, including many of the Fortune Global 500 companies and famous multinationals.

Seahonor is headquartered in Newbund of Pudong, Shanghai and has branches in Beijing, Shenzhen, Chengdu, Hefei, and Hong Kong, with services covering across China.

Seahonor started to provide services to Goodman Group, the second largest industrial real estate company in the world.

By providing professional services to Goodman Group, Seahonor has won a good reputation in the industrial real estate industry and accumulated experience and network resources in the said industry. At present, almost all of the top 10 industrial real estate companies in the world are our clients.

Seahonor was rated as a Class A Foreign-related Consulting Firm by Shanghai Commission of Commerce in 2006.

The trust and support from the government has promoted Seahonor's development in its infancy.

Seahonor became the only partner of Eversheds UK in mainland China.

By cooperating with Eversheds UK, the word-renowned law firm, Seahonor has expanded its overseas business channels and built its reputation in Europe, especially the UK. Following collaborating with Eversheds UK, Seahonor has successively partnered with KPMG UK, LawDebenture (a listed company in the London Stock Exchange), DWF UK, and EY GDS Poland.

Seahonor became an important strategic partner of Yamada & Partners in mainland China.

By cooperating with Yamada & Partners, a well-known comprehensive tax accountants' corporation in Japan, the income from Japanese business has increased year by year in the proportion of Seahonor's revenue.

Seahonor Beijing Branch was established.

Following the establishment of Beijing Branch, Seahonor successively established its Chengdu Branch, Shenzhen Branch, Hong Kong Branch, and Hefei Branch. Seahonor's business gradually radiates from the Greater Shanghai area to the whole of China.

Seahonor became the only strategic partner of Bank of Mitsubishi UFJ (China) Co., Ltd. Shanghai Branch.

Seahonor signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Bank of Mitsubishi UFJ (China) Co., Ltd. Shanghai Branch. By cooperating with the said bank., the reputation and influence of Seahonor among Japanese clients and in the Japanese local market have been further enhanced and expanded.

Seahonor was rated as one of the top 100 tax firms in China by the China Association of Certified Tax Agents.

Seahonor cooperates with Deloitte's digital department to develop and apply the one-click tax declaration AI system.
