Work Experience With more than 15 years’ professional service experience, Lucy has considerable expertise in PRC tax regulations, Chinese accounting standards and international accounting standards. Before joining Seahonor, she has worked in KPMG Shanghai for nine years and was appointed as senior audit manager serving several HK listed companies and hundreds of FIEs in various industries such as retail, manufacture, chemical, logistics and etc. After joining Seahonor, she has provided financial and tax due-diligence and tax advisory services for clients in various industries, including industrial real estate, manufacture, trading and distribution and etc.

Lucy has extensive and rich experiences in below areas:
-Assisting in resolving tax controversies and dealing with tax inspection;
-Financial and tax support services involved in M&A transactions and negotiations;
-Financial and tax due-diligence for M&A;
-Tax planning and advisory especially for M&A and restructuring and for land appreciation tax issues;
-Contemporaneous documentation for transfer pricing purpose; and
-Financial reports preparation under PRC and international accounting standards
