Work Experience Jane has more than 25 years of professional experience and has provided corporate secretarial services and investment consulting services to hundreds of clients. Prior to joining Seahonor, Jane has worked for KPMG Shanghai for more than 9 years and served as the head of corporate secretarial department in other international firms.

Jane has extensive and rich experiences in the following areas:
-Assisting multinational clients in establishing business presence in China;
-Providing Advisory on M&A, corporate restructuring, liquidation, outbound investment, and assisting in implementation ; and
-Providing advisory and support on various compliance issues in company’s daily operation;
-Providing advisory and support on foreign exchange policies and practice related to cross-border business and transactions.
