William has over 20 years’ professional working experience, and has provided audit, financial due diligence, finance and tax advisory service for hundreds of clients in various industries including manufacture, service and real estate. Prior to joining Seahonor, William has worked for Deloitte Shanghai for about 6 years as audit manager, and was in charge of IPO (including A shares and H shares) audit for several companies and annual audit for several listed companies.
William has extensive and rich experiences in the following areas:
-Various audit services, including statutory annual audit, IPO audit and special purpose audit;
-Financial due diligence; and
-Internal control review
